Sirena Resort Curaçao is a complete resort in Santa Rosa, centrally located on Curaçao. The resort consists of two product lines — Upgrade and Deluxe — offering spacious 2- and 3-bedroom apartments for personal use, rental, or a combination of both.
For rentals, a minimum stay of three nights applies. This allows Sirena to combine the freedom of owning a home on Curaçao with the opportunities of vacation rental.
Sirena Resort has entered into a definitive collaboration with Corendon for the distribution of selected apartments. This gives owners access to professional exposure to the vacation market, while retaining the flexibility of personal use and their preferred form of property management.

These are current photographs of Sirena Resort. The exterior photos show the already-completed Deluxe section of Sirena Resort. The Upgrade apartments are part of the same resort. Further landscaping of the gardens, BBQ area and jacuzzi is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The pool is already in place and will receive a renewed pool deck.

Deluxe comprises the apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms within Sirena Resort, on the ground floor or first floor. Residents use the same resort amenities as Upgrade and can use their apartment themselves or optionally rent it out.
