Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Bon Bini Real Estate values a careful approach to your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website or use one of our forms, what we use it for, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible for your data

Bon Bini Real Estate is the trade name under which Bolsenbroek Management B.V. operates (Chamber of Commerce number 77917103, VAT number NL861197070B02), based at Ringmus 62, 1965 EG Heemskerk, the Netherlands. Bolsenbroek Management B.V. is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

Do you have a question about this privacy policy or about your data? Please get in touch via contact@bonbini.realestate.

What personal data we collect

We only collect the data you actively share with us, for example through one of the forms on this website, or data generated by your visit to the site. We do not collect data through third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Contact details: name, e-mail address, phone number.
  • The content of your message or enquiry.
  • Details about the property, project or comparison your enquiry relates to.
  • For a financing enquiry: additional, deliberately broad details such as your country of residence, tax residency, the chosen purchase structure, a broad employment category (never an exact amount or payslip), the intended use of the property, and the amount of own funds you provide.
  • For a building or Living Solutions enquiry: your answers to the building check (for example whether you already have a plot, your building interest, budget range and timing) and, if you add one yourself, a reference to an uploaded design file.
  • Your preference for the Dutch or English language and, for a comparison request, the display currency you had selected at that moment.
  • Technical and referral data: a random session identifier that cannot be traced back to you, the page on which you first visited our website, and any UTM/campaign details from the link you arrived through.

We never ask for a copy of an identity document, payslip or bank statement through our website.

Contact forms and enquiries

In various places on the website you can fill in a form: the general contact form, a property or project enquiry, a brochure request, a request to discuss a shortlist or comparison, the building check, and the financing enquiry. We use the data from these forms to contact you and to handle your question or enquiry.

For most forms, name and e-mail address are required; a phone number is also required for most forms so we can follow up with you personally (for a brochure request alone, an e-mail address is enough).

How we handle your enquiry

Every enquiry you submit is recorded in our internal customer and enquiry system (CRM). There we check whether you have contacted us before, so that we don't unnecessarily create duplicate customer profiles or treat you as two different people when you contact us more than once. We take appropriate care when merging data, particularly because an e-mail address or phone number may sometimes be used by more than one person.

Your enquiry appears in our internal overview of incoming enquiries, from which René and the Bon Bini team handle your question personally.

Marketing and newsletter

On a number of forms you can separately indicate that you would like to stay informed about new properties, new-build projects and market developments. This checkbox is never pre-checked, is never required to submit your enquiry, and we never infer this consent simply because you submitted a form.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us via contact@bonbini.realestate.

Financing enquiry and sharing with a financing partner

When you use the financing module, we calculate an indication of your investment and financing need based on the details you provide. This calculation is always performed again on our own server, never blindly based on a value that only existed in your browser.

Separately from whether you'd like to stay informed (see above), you can indicate whether we may share your financing profile with a suitable financing partner. This checkbox is also never pre-checked and never required: if you leave it unchecked, you can still submit your enquiry, and Bon Bini Real Estate will follow up with you personally without sharing your data with a third party.

E-mail and communication

When you send us an e-mail, for example to contact@bonbini.realestate, or when we correspond with you following your enquiry, we keep that correspondence (including subject, text and any attachments) in our system, linked to your customer record. This gives Bon Bini Real Estate a complete and up-to-date overview of previous contact moments, even when you are helped by different team members.

Who we share your data with

Bon Bini Real Estate only shares your data with service providers that help us run the website and our services, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose:

  • Pipedrive - our CRM system, where your enquiry is recorded as a contact so we can follow up on it.
  • Microsoft (Graph/Azure) and TransIP - for sending and receiving e-mail via contact@bonbini.realestate.
  • Neon - our database provider (hosted in the European Union), where the data you share through the website is stored.
  • Netlify - the party that hosts our website.
  • Anthropic - only when we have an e-mail draft or text translated between Dutch and English, the text of that draft (which may contain your name or message) may be submitted to this service to produce the translation.
  • Potentially, and only with your explicit consent (see above): a financing partner, when you have indicated this yourself on the financing enquiry.

We never sell your data to third parties and never use it for third-party advertising purposes.

Favourites and Compare

The Favourites and Compare features let you save properties or place them side by side. This selection is stored only locally in your own browser (in what is technically called ‘localStorage’) and is not automatically sent to Bon Bini Real Estate. We only see your favourites or comparison once you choose to share it with us via a form, for example to discuss a shortlist.

Cookies

This website currently uses one functional, first-party cookie (bonbini_attribution). This cookie remembers the page and any campaign through which you first arrived on our website, so we understand how visitors find us. This cookie contains no name, e-mail address or other personally identifiable information, and is automatically deleted after 90 days.

We currently do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Should this change in the future, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep your data

We do not keep personal data for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In practice, we apply the following principles:

  • Ordinary leads and prospects: in principle a maximum of 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless contact resumes after that or there is an active commercial relationship.
  • Marketing data (such as your consent for our updates): for as long as your consent stands or is necessary for that purpose; you can withdraw this consent at any time.
  • Customer, contract, transaction, financial and administrative data: for as long as necessary to carry out our services, and after that for as long as a statutory or administrative retention obligation requires us to.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful use, matched to the nature of the data we process. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is entirely secure, however, so we cannot offer an absolute guarantee.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we process about you, and to have it accessed, corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict the processing of your data, object to its use, or, where applicable, ask to receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via contact@bonbini.realestate. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when our services or the technology we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last updated. We recommend checking it periodically.
