Bon Bini Real Estate is the trade name under which Bolsenbroek Management B.V. operates (Chamber of Commerce number 77917103, VAT number NL861197070B02), based at Ringmus 62, 1965 EG Heemskerk, the Netherlands. In these terms, ‘Bon Bini Real Estate’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ refers to Bolsenbroek Management B.V.

Applicability

These terms apply to the use of this website, including browsing property information and using the free, informational tools such as Market Intelligence, the purchase cost calculator, the financing module, Favourites and Compare.

For concrete, paid services - such as a sales mandate, purchase guidance, building guidance or other individual services - we enter into a separate assignment or agreement with you, which may be subject to additional terms. These website terms are not a substitute for that.

Property information

We do our best to keep the information about homes, plots and projects on our website current and correct. However, the availability, status and prices of properties can change, for example because a property has since been sold, rented or reserved. No rights can therefore be derived from the information on this website.

Market Intelligence

The figures and trends we show under ‘Market Insight’ are based on market and asking-price information we track. These figures are indicative and intended to give you a sense of the market - they are explicitly not a valuation of any specific property.

Purchase cost calculator and financing module

The purchase cost calculator provides only an indication of the additional costs you can expect with a purchase, based on the details you enter. No rights can be derived from it.

The financing module provides an initial, indicative estimate of your financing need based on the details you provide. This is not a credit offer, a credit decision, or a guarantee that financing will actually be available (on these terms) - any financing is ultimately assessed and provided by the relevant financial institution or partner, not by Bon Bini Real Estate.

Favourites and Compare

Favourites and Compare are tools to save properties for yourself or place them side by side. This is not a reservation, option or any other commitment on our part.

Information about building

The information on this website about building, Living Solutions and related topics is general in nature and does not replace technical, legal, tax or other specialist advice tailored to your own situation.

Intellectual property

The content of this website - including text, photos, logos and design - is owned by Bon Bini Real Estate or by the party that supplied that content to us, and is protected by intellectual property rights. These website terms are not the terms of any specific project or resort: purchase terms for, for example, Vriana, Santa Helena, Sirena or Living Solutions are always agreed separately and directly between you and the relevant developer or selling party.
