The resort is being delivered in two phases - Phase 1A and Phase 1B - and offers 2- or 3-bedroom apartments, each with 2 bathrooms and either a garden or first-floor position. Buyers pay in five equal instalments tied to construction progress, and can manage or rent out their apartment themselves, or have this taken care of by the resort.

20% at the notarial transfer of ownership.
Santa Helena is placed under the Vereniging van Eigenaren Santa Helena Resort and Residences (homeowners' association), established through the future deed of division. The association is initially managed by the developer; once 30% of the apartment rights have transferred, an owner-elected board takes over.
Owners can manage and rent out their apartment themselves, or have this taken care of through Santa Helena Resort's own rental service.
The building permit for Santa Helena Resort has been applied for with Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling en Planning Curaçao (the local planning authority); final approval has not yet been confirmed.
Phase 1A is expected to be delivered between July and December 2028.
